My husband uses the app on Android and never has this issue. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t update in realtime *2026-02-04, version 25.1.70* For a banking app, it really lacks in its ability to update in realtime. You’d think it would especially if it’s a banking app. SMH. Do better. You still end up having to call customer service ever since the new update. And you keep shutting of my Face ID and I have to keep logging into my account. Also I don’t want those quiz questions on my page it’s annoying. Compared to other banks you buckle and dime your customers and charge 12.00 for the privilege of using your debit card. That’s not a good way to treat customers. I also don’t like to be told I have to use my savings or be charged a fee. How I use my accounts is my business.
