## What is Waypoint?

Every panic attack you've ever had has ended. Every single one.
Waypoint keeps the proof.
When panic hits, open Waypoint. A 7-step protocol walks you through breathing, grounding, and riding it out — one step at a time. When it's over, your survival gets logged permanently. Over time, you build an unbreakable record: proof that panic always ends, and you always make it.
This is not a meditation app. This is not a mood tracker. Waypoint is a personal evidence database — the only app built around the one thing CBT research has proven works: exposure to the fact that panic ends.
WHAT WAYPOINT DOES

— Walks you through panic attacks step by step

— Logs every attack you survive, permanently

— Tracks calm days and streak

— Delivers a weekly review of your patterns

— Links directly to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE

Everything stays on your iPhone. No accounts. No cloud. No tracking. Ever.
Waypoint is a wellness tool, not a medical treatment. If panic is affecting your daily life, a therapist trained in CBT or exposure therapy is the highest-leverage thing you can do.

### 5/5 — 6/5 Stars

*2026-07-03*

Awesome app. Thankfully haven’t had to use for a panic attack yet, but already done the practice and it’s amazing for grounding anyways. Not only does this aid with prevention, but I’m certain it’ll help in the heat of the moment. As someone with a diagnosed panic disorder, I’m extremely grateful for a resource such as this.
