Can’t log in to the website either.
Useless “service”.

Please visit the Waypoint GPS website and either call or email us with your name, VIN, and the dealership where you purchased your vehicle. If you received Waypoint coverage, we can also resend your welcome email with a username and temporary password so you can log in.

To make up for the inconvenience, we’re happy to reset your term to start from today so you don’t lose out on any benefits or coverage. We’d love the chance to turn this around for you—please reach out so we can get you back up and running!

Our car was stolen from in front of our house and the only reason we got it back was because of Waypoint. And the Waypoint agent was prompt in communication during a very stressful time for us, much better comms than the police and insurance! Without Waypoint a very stressful situation would have been much much worse. Highly recommend!

Customer Service ever!
I did NOT want Waypoint to be included in my recent car purchase!  Of course I left with the dealer discounting the price by half.  After several notices to activate my account, I did so yesterday. With what could have been a truly negative experience taking almost 2 hours  - we were finally successful. All four of the employees I spoke with were exceptional.  The last person called me after hours and emailed me this morning with success. Now I'm looking forward to learning all the features that Waypoint offers.

I let my kid use my car periodically, and it’s really helpful to have the ability to see where she is and set instant geofences to alert me when she leaves certain places. It’s incredibly useful!
