## What is Waypoint?

Waypoint helps refugees, migrants, and anyone navigating an unfamiliar country figure out what to do next.

Describe your situation in your own words, and Waypoint builds a clear, personalized step-by-step plan — with addresses, opening hours, required documents, and official letters drafted for you.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose your language. Waypoint speaks 25 languages, so you can use it comfortably from day one.
2. Your location is detected automatically, and you tell us your situation and citizenship.
3. Waypoint builds a plan: legal status, housing, healthcare, school enrollment, and more — tailored to your case.
4. Each step comes with up-to-date addresses, hours, and the documents you'll need.
5. Need to write to an official office? Waypoint drafts the letter for you, in the local language, with a translation you can read.

WHY WAYPOINT
- No forms to fill out, no bureaucratic jargon — just plain answers in your language
- Practical, current information, not generic advice
- Works offline once your plan is loaded
- Your data stays private — Waypoint asks only for what it needs to help you

Whether you've just crossed a border, relocated for work, or are helping a family member settle in, Waypoint turns an overwhelming list of unknowns into a simple, manageable plan.
