Le service était super avant le changement pour Rice. Plus possible de se faire livrer à cause de zones trop restreintes

Commande passée il y a plus de 3heures, impossible de l’annuler sous prétexte que le livreur est “en route” depuis des heures. Quand je l’ai appelé, il m’a dit qu’il fallait encore attendre au moins 30 minutes. Autant dire que la nourriture arrivera froide et immangeable. Aucun service client, C’est inadmissible pour un service de livraison en 2025.  Et je comprend pas y a autant de bonne note  , il faudrais commander cb de temps en avance pour une commande , ma parole je me pose la question

Une catastrophe sur plusieurs commande, faite zéro commande arrivée à l’heure avec plus d’une heure de retard avec des livreurs qui se baladent dans les centres commercial. Je décommande en tout cas une catastrophe complètement. !!!!
