I really really hope they fix it soon as that’s really important for deposits ### 4/5 — Facing issues in Updated version *2021-11-23, version 1.11* I am totally in love with this app with very less to worry about. But recently after recent update in the app the graph is not proper. It’s always pointed downwards and not reflecting proper history according to time. Also one thing I would like to pinpoint is that in the cancel reason list of P2P booking please add reason of “upi day limit reached” and also for bank transfer “cannot transfer more than 25k for first 24 hours” ### 4/5 — Update is too complicated *2021-11-17* I am using WazirX since june and the app is great, yes it hangs some times but which app doesn’t. The only problem i am facing is with the new update it has gotten too complicated, i am no professional but i was able to read graphs better in the older version, the new on is way too complicated. I request you guys too allow users to switch the graph settings as per their wishes whoever wants an advanced version can lead with that whoever wants a basic (older) version can choose that. Shame :-( ### 3/5 — Scope for lot of improvement *2021-10-29, version 1.10.1* It’s a good app in comparison to other exchanges in India in term of charges. But it can be improved a lot. First please get the SBI UPI working . It’s very frustrating to go through P2P process. And we lose money in buying or selling USDT most of the time. Secondly incorporate options for other wallets too. Mobiwik charges a lot. Not a viable option for small investors. Thirdly pls change your UI. Along with candle put a option for graph also along with its performance over the week months year and lifetime along with percentage of increase over the period. This information is of very much help while investing. ### 1/5 — Absolutely rubbish app and a site for crypto Trading *2021-10-27* Crypto is all about fast trading, you would not want to miss an opportunity or when in case of a loss you would like to take out money however, wazirx I dont know how they are sustaining after running this garbage app, it hangs during the crucial time, trade execution is absolutely worst, I have been using Wazirx for 5 months now and whenever transaction volume of any token goes up it hangs like anything, I would not recommend this app toh anyone, any other app but not this. A message to app developers and management, you guys are show so many success story as company is performing good with increased user base, it would be better if you provide appropriate service for the commission you charge, Once I am done with this app, I wont be using wazirx and I would recommend others to please look for another app before considering this. I have 5 final words for this app Rubbish Agonising Not worrh it Damaging Idiotic. ### 1/5 — Crash *2021-10-27, version 1.10.1* Literally crashes everytime a crypto starts pumping literally giving you guys honest feedback i lost so much money coz when i wanted to sell my coin the app crashed!!! ### 4/5 — Grt app, but can be better *2021-10-16, version 1.10.1* I have been using WazirX for a while now and undeniable, it’s a great app. There is just one thing bothering me about this app. It’s the fact that I can’t use landscape mode on iPads with it. Now, I am not as great a coder as the team at WazirX, but I do know getting the app to work in landscape is not that hard. This is small step that can be taken to make WazirX THE best app, at least for me. I hope the feature of being able to use this app on landscape can be added. You need to calculate yourself. It’s just an app to buy and sell crypto without basic features ### 2/5 — minimum buy coins 50 *2021-10-05, version 1.10.1* Hey wazirx team… the app was working smooth until last update on my IPAD ,now everytime i go to buy or sell coins, pop up shows minimum sell and buy amount for any coin is 50 … Can you do something for this?. ### 2/5 — KYC processing impossible to get accepted *2021-09-17, version 1.8* One of the most difficult app to deal with in terms of KYC. I’ve applied for KYC more than 6-7 times until now. Always rejected for some issue like missing files, uploaded picture not clear. Whereas I’ve uploaded everything and the images are as clear as day. When I finally wrote to their team, got a standard bot reply asking to try it again. I’ve been literally trying this since many days. Some of the cryptos which I internodes to invest in and are only available on WazirX have already increased in price from the time I downloaded the app until now. It’s frustrating to say the least. ### 1/5 — What a disappointment *2021-09-08, version 1.8* This app is just keeping us from earning real money. They do not allow INR to be deposited in your account. The only option available is via a handful of banks which nobody has an account in and the other option is Mobikwik. On a deposit of 50k they are charging 885rs. What a rip off. Moreover, every coin is very expensive as compared to Binance (their counterpart). Please please please let us add money via UPI in INR. The market has dipped and I wanted to bag some more crypto but this hefty fees is not letting me. Please bring back the UPI option. Zanmai Lab belongs to Zettai Company which is situated at Singapore. They are playing with users money and trying to safe Institutional Investors fund. One popular exchange has already fils a FIR against this app owner and company. Don’t use this app. Owner Nischal Shetty denied to say he is the owner of Wazirx and lying to tell the actual owner name. He claim that Binance is the controller to sell or anything else to do. Where every document says that maximum stake holder is Nischal Shetty. In fact Binance already stated that they have no administrative control on Wazirx from the beignets. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Worst app for trading coins *2023-08-21* I have been using wazirx for quite some time now. So in the past I used it for long term investment but recently I decided to start trading and what I realised here was wazirx always put the fake price on their website (very much higher than the usual current coin price) Suppose if the market coin price is $10, wazirx price will be $15. Now the problem is, if I buy any coins as per the wazirx price availability on their app it works (no problem in buying) but if I try to sell it then your coins will never sell. So recently while doing the trading I have lost lots of money because my coins never sell even if I minus down the coins price by -5%. I waited to get it sell like 24hrs, 48hrs but even if I waited for 1-2 days my coins never get sell and now all my invest coins shows minus red point, some coins up to 60% loss. I even auto limit the price and set the selling price but even when the coins price crossed the limit sell price it never sell the coins! Don’t know whether should I sell it while the price is low with loss before loosing all my money, it’s really frustrating. Probably if your coin didn’t sell while the price is high then obviously the coin price will reduce down again because the crypto coins always fluctuate. Sometimes once the coins price is down it’s very hard to rise again. So this whole experience is frustrating and wazirx to me is misleading customer in so many ways. I googled it out about this app, also the comparison with other apps but so many pro traders do not advise wazirx for trading but for long term investment it’s fine. They advised to use Binance or other apps if you are looking for trading otherwise you may end up loosing lots of money like me. ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage *2023-07-30* The app is useless even to date the coin prices are not current buy and sell values are always 10 percent apart. There is a home tab, quick buy tab and exchange tab all with the same data and you have to refresh every tab individually. If you are new to trading stay away from this app you will loose heavily as data is not current, orders don’t execute even if the coin reaches and stays at the value and bots answer customer support no real solutions anywhere. If you buy a coin in INR you can’t transfer the coin to another coin xchange you can bring something in but can’t take anything out other than in INR and to your bank account only. Exchange fee is very very high for a simple trade of say 50k you made 5k profit after fee and gst and tds you get 3500 only WazirX eats into your profits way too often binance is 10 times better make money over there bring it as usdt into wazir and use it only to redeem the money to your bank accounts. Firstly your verification will take I don’t know almost month for kyc verification. I find it very easy to trade in WazirX because it’s simple and easy and anybody knowing simple English can use it effortlessly. Thanks to the developers who have made this app very simple for common people like us. I wish the customer support came up with an immediate resolution to customer complaints. Something like an online chat where human agents respond to issues and address app or exchange-related issues. I am sure WazirX is working on that. This is not about the app, I want govt to abolish 1% TDS and encourage crypto industry 😊.
