L’application sur smartphone ne réveille pas le téléphone si une personne nous contacte. De nombreux plantage également. Je déconseille cette solution. J’ai en parallèle weber. Ça c’est une application ### 3/5 — Peut mieux faire *2025-04-12, version 2.23.2* Ça fait 3 ans que j’utilise l’appli pour le travail. Auparavant, nous étions sur 3CX et nous regrettons d’avoir changé. Heureusement, des améliorations ont été faites au niveau de la réception des appels mais il y a encore beaucoup de choses à faire pour qu’elle permette de travailler à distance correctement. Depuis peu, j’ai remarqué que lors des appels, les options sur l’écran sont plus sensibles, souvent je mets l’appel en haut parleur ou coupe le micro juste en gardant le téléphone à l’oreille… Il manque vraiment la possibilité d’un transfert d’appels multiples (qui permettrait de prévenir les collègues qui est son interlocuteur avant de lui transférer l’appel) et l’accès au répertoire pendant l’appel pourrait être plus simple si la liste des favoris s’affichait au lieu de devoir taper 3 lettres, ça serait un gain de temps… Bref, j’espère voir des améliorations utiles très prochainement ### 1/5 — Gros potentiel mais pas encore au rdv *2024-12-30, version 2.21.1* J’utilise l’application au quotidien désormais au travail, je peux me passer complètement d’un DECT. Néanmoins, il reste quelques bugs qui sont rédhibitoires par exemple : –la fonction haut-parleur coupe dès que la personne décroche, ou meme dès que ca sonne chez le destinataire. on est sans cesse train de appuyer sur le haut-parleur pour le remettre –bcp trop de menu pour chercher le nom de quelqu’un, normalement 1 clic sur la loupe devrait nous amener sur le clavier avec saisie possible, la c’est au moins 3 clics (ce n’est pas un détail pour usage intensif comme moi a l’hôpital) -certains champs ou bouton (comme le tel pour appeler) sont trop petits, pourtant j’ai un iPhone grand format, encore plus dur pour mes collègues avec tel normal. la zone de clic devrait être plus grande, on tape sans cesse a coté. Le design n’est pas au standard natif ios. Je mets 1 seule étoile pour espérer être lu, mais je mettrai bien 4 étoiles car l’appli est top, elle change mon quotidien. Je mettrai 5 si ces bugs sont corrigés ### 1/5 — NUL NUL NUL *2023-08-03, version 2.5.9* Application qui a été laissé à l’abandon, celle-ci ne fonctionne plus depuis plus d’un an personne ne fait rien. En sachant que ce genre d’application est proposé à des entreprise c’est honteux. ### 1/5 — Rien à sauver *2023-06-06, version 2.5.6* Interface antédiluvienne, latences, plantages, peu voir par fiable pour un sous, 9 appels sur 10 ne passent pas, même pas une petite notification d’un appel entrant, rien, l’app reste de marbre. Les options de configuration pour s’approprier l’app sont réduites à peau de chagrin et quand on parvient enfin à trouver ladite option, ça crash. L’interface de messages texte ne propose pas de correction de frappe, eux aussi sont délivrés une fois sur deux, parfois avec 3 mois de delais.
