When moving between stories, it always refreshes. I’m deleting this because every story when opened has a video automatically started that is unrelated to the story that was opened plus you can’t mute or pause until the ad is finished. Every time WBAY releases a notification, the app uses the same tone as the doorbell. The devs should have known that OR it was purposely done so you would pick your device up a lot more frequently. But everyday Ive opened and read the App. To get the latest news and sports. But now I can’t open it without a full page Ad google, chrome etc. other garbage ads opening. Whom ever is responsible for this at wbay should be ashamed and more appropriately fired. So sad! And disgusted I took to social media and let everyone know. But I will move on as I hope all the real Americans do. Most others the close button is hard to find and so small, clicking the link is almost unavoidable. Disappointed revenue growth was prioritized over user experience. I find the recent update annoying. Stories immediately start a video. I’d prefer that to be optional. The layout is not as good as the previous version.
