The show pauses, the screen has a spinning circle in the bottom left corner, the app freezes and I can’t press play. The best recourse I have is to disconnect the cast and reconnect or to close the screeners app and recast and play again. Would LOVE to get that fixed bc it’s so frustrating. I downloaded it thinking I could watch some shows on it. But the first thing it does is require me to login without asking me to create a new account. Especially because I’ve never had a previous account with this app, though I would’ve loved to. Their app is complete opposite of performance. There is no show without at least 10 times of lagging, stopping, hanging not matter what you do, restart the show or boot the Apple TV or even on a PC. And it always hang at the exact same position no matter what. And when it hanged don’t think it will resume momentarily or even later after loading. It simply hang and there is nothing you can do except trying to skip ahead 10 seconds. No subtitles or lack of subtitles even English are missing on many shows including brand new ones. Duster had English sub but plays Spanish.
