It is very astonishing that the app developers give update on android for login with biometric,new UI but the same is not given for ios with retina scan, is ios users not getting any value as a customer? Please think twice before giving any update for android users , the discrimination is very clear . Other bank apps are giving same updates for service or UI or anything else for both android and ios users. 


Log out automatically while making a transaction in iPhone and it happens several times ,can’t transfer money at the time of need.

West Bengal Gramin Bank(eBGVB) introduced mobile banking and upi not very long ago but whats astonishing is this app performs better than most of the other banks (public and private) banks. Hoping for it to continue providing the same with new features with time.
