Ok no biggie once again tried to remove the viruses it said it was done and I was safe so I ran it again I had the same 8 viruses ran it 4 more times each time it said it removed the and they were still there, waited a day now when I push the button it dose not open just opens a greayish haze for about 5 seconds and does nothing .
