## What is WBSEDCL OMS?

WBSEDCL OMS is a real-time outage monitoring and workforce management application designed for DISCOM operations. The app integrates data from Distribution MDM, SCADA-enabled communicable devices, and GIS-based network information to deliver  up-to-date outage status across the OMS covered power distribution network.

With a robust field-force management system, WBSEDCL OMS supports both planned and unplanned maintenance activities. Field crews can receive trouble calls, manage job cards, update task status, and streamline operational workflows directly through the app.
