Creating your own group with your friends is very simple. Only thing I wish it did differently was allow you to predict every match’s score. But I still give it 5/5 because it really is the easiest app to use. All the participants had issues **Developer response:** Apologies. Opening weekend brought a crush of traffic, and the saving and speed issues you hit were real. We've shipped reliability and performance fixes in v1.4.1, so please update when you get a chance. If picks still aren't saving for you or your group, email support@kleoslabs.dev and we'll dig in directly and make sure your group is set for the rest of the tournament. ### 2/5 — How to see other peoples bracket *2026-06-12* The set up is very nice, however, I can’t see anyone’s bracket. Every time I click on someone’s bracket in my private group, it doesn’t show you anything but the 3 boxes of 0’s. How can I view other peoples brackets in my group? I can’t figure it out. **Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words about the setup — and sorry the most fun part wasn't working. What you ran into was a real bug: after the tournament kicked off, tapping another member's bracket came up empty (just the score boxes at 0) instead of showing their picks. That's now fixed on our end, so you don't even need to update — just fully close the app and reopen it, go back into your group, and tap a member's bracket. Their group, knockout, and best-third picks should all show now. (Grabbing the latest update, 1.4.1, is worth it for other fixes too.) If you still see empty boxes, email support@kleoslabs.dev and we'll jump on it. Thanks for your patience! ### 2/5 — The teams were not correct. *2026-06-11* Mexico is playing South Africa. How did we get the very first game in the bracket wrong? **Developer response:** Thanks for reaching out! Good news: that one is actually correct. Mexico and South Africa are both in Group A, and Mexico vs South Africa is the real tournament opener at Estadio Azteca, so the app has the matchup right. The schedule is accurate in the latest version (v1.4.1), so updating will keep everything in sync. If anything still looks off afterward, email support@kleoslabs.dev and we'll take a look. ### 3/5 — Doesn’t update points *2026-06-17* The app does not update my bracket points at all on iPhone. I see points and ranks progressing on android but never on iPhone. Please fix asap. **Developer response:** Thanks for flagging this, and sorry for the frustration. On older builds, iPhone only showed group-stage points once a group was fully decided, so during the group stage it could look frozen while the web side appeared to move. The latest update (v1.5.0, now on the App Store) fixes that: your group-stage score now updates live with a projected total as results come in, and your Match Predictor running total and rank refresh automatically. Happy to look at your specific bracket. ### 3/5 — Can’t add brackets *2026-06-11* You can’t add your bracket after the games start. I wish there was an option to permit that in my group, especially so early on. **Developer response:** Good news: that option exists. A group's owner can turn on "Allow late entries" in the group's Settings, which lets members add brackets even after the tournament starts (through the late entry window). We also smoothed this flow out in v1.4.1. If you're the owner, give that a try. Here’s what happened: the app grew faster than we anticipated, and that surge in users pushed our load times up. We’ve since been scaling up the backend to keep pace, and the latest update (v1.4.0) includes performance improvements to address exactly this. Please give the update a try. If it’s still sluggish for you, send us a note via in-app feedback and we’ll dig in. ### 3/5 — KO Stage Reset *2026-06-08* I wish there could be a reset at the knockout stage. In the current format any incorrect picks in groups throws off all the KO stage matches. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for this. It’s a sharp observation about how group-stage misses cascade into the knockout bracket. Good news: we’re building a knockout-stage-only mode that lets you fill out bracket predictions using the real knockout matchups once the group stage is settled, so an early group slip won’t throw off your whole KO run. It just says +10 group stage **Developer response:** Really appreciate this. It's exactly the kind of feedback that makes the app better. You're right that older versions just showed "+10 group stage" with no detail. The latest update (v1.5.0, now live on the App Store) adds the full breakdown: open your bracket's Results and the Group tab now lists every match you predicted, with the actual matchup and score, your pick, and a check or X so you can see exactly which games you got right. Update when you get a chance and let me know what you think! ### 4/5 — Very good but slight problem with groups *2026-06-15* I really like the format of this app and how easy it is to choose teams and create a bracket. Unfortunately when I made a private group with my friends and submitted the bracket it did not show points for any of the people on my phone but for my friends it showed various points on each person’s bracket on their phones. Is there a fix to this? **Developer response:** Thank you for the detailed report — and don't worry, you didn't do anything wrong. That error appeared because the tournament had already started: brackets created after kickoff count as "late entries," and a private group only accepts them once late entries are enabled. The version you reviewed (1.4.0) showed that confusing technical message instead of explaining it. Our new update (1.4.1) fixes both halves — friendlier messaging, plus an "Allow late entries" toggle in your group's Settings (as the creator, just switch it on; new groups enable it automatically). After that, your bracket will save into the group. The late window runs through the end of Matchday 1 (June 17). A bracket is one way to increase interest. I am thankful I found WC Predictor!! This is a solid app that provides more than just a bracket to pick teams - which it is SOLID at! The ability as Admin to see who did pick and who didn’t pick lets us coordinators reach out to get all brackets in on time. The app provides multiple views of the tourney and its participants and their predictions. Everything is free, you can join as many group as you want, and it's WAY better than the other apps that would force you to pay a subscription if you want to make more brackets.
