We had Covid come thru and ruin our lives. I got very sick was hospitalized and still made my payments they were late but they received them and because of that I am paying a whole year more of payments. They do not care if you die all they want is money I made all 36 payments and now I have to pay another 12 months that is just down right greed and to think I still made payments even on my death bed and this is what I got in return just aweful no situation could of made anything better being confined to home but I will be damned they were late but I paid all 36 payments and I am a single poor woman struggling to survive but in turn they will have received over 12,000.00 on a 3000.00 dollar loan pretty sad isn't it for me not for them. Do not use Wilshire Consumer Credit with this Covid destroying peoples lives cause they do not care ### 1/5 — I don’t like that *2021-06-15, version 4.1.2* If u pay more they charge you more it’s bad company my monthly payment 150$ I paid 1300$ one time the change me for that 75$ more than my Loan 🙁🙁 ### 1/5 — Misleading customers regarding payments *2015-12-15, version 1.0.1* This application has a major processing issue. I have used it to make 4 payments on my account over a 6 month span using two different iPhones (5S on iOS 8 and 6+ on iOS 9.2). All four payments resulted in, "Congratulations, your payment was processed successfully". Which I took a screen captures of each time. Of the four, only one actually was processed; however, I never received an email, phone call or any application notification that there was a processing issue at anytime regarding the 'missing' three payments. I have notified Wilshire about this and sent them a screenshot of the latest payment and also offered any logs my phone might contain to assist in their investigation. Wilshire states they don't even show me attempting the latest payment in their system which the app clearly shows on my end being successfully. Something is wrong here and this app should be pulled by Apple if Wilshire will not until it is fixed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2026-01-02, version 5.2.6* I keep getting an error message when I try to sign in on the app and the website. Called using the customer service number and only get automated responses. Tried to send a request using the ‘contact us’ form and got another error message. Then when I tried to get the 200$ I over paid because their system is rigged to take your money in every way. They said I couldn’t get it back for another 21 days. I also do not believe when a person is suffering from a cancer diagnosis after receiving the loan did not offer a deferred payments while not working and going through chemotherapy. They told me they do not have a plan for being sick. This caused me to fall behind and my car being repossessed. Many companies do have clauses that help the recipient to defer payments. I have so many late payments because of this. I advise anyone to go another route because they have no compassion for clients that have something like breast cancer just pop up in a person’s life. I was in a chemotherapy session and they hounded me by calling five times in an hour with different numbers. PLEASE FO NOT GET A LOSN GROM THEM.
