The app is incredibly slow and required me to make two phone calls because the WCCU IT department wasn’t sending passcodes to activate the WCCU Card App.  The teller I spoke to was incompetent and told me I had to enroll and register, even though I had a username and password established for WCCU.org.  The staff seems quite incompetent to answer questions that users might have regarding setting up their apps.
