Secondly, the certificate does not come up on the education tracker on time such that one might think of taking the exam again which shouldn’t be. Ideally, it ought not to give one the chance to re-do the exam provided they have passed the course. I don’t seem to have gotten a hang of the app but It isn’t technical so, I don’t understand what the problem might be. I have tried calling the WCEA helpline, both the UK and Nigerian number and it isn’t going through. What kind of an app is this? How will I link these two accounts? I do not have another £50 to pay because I believe that will be extortion as I wasn’t given the right path to follow via the App. Also I think the App is limiting, no customer support system. I have emailed and still awaiting response. Please I need one of you to respond to me.
