What Can I Sing is an on-demand App for Karaoke requests. The user interface allows patrons to find nearby venues via geo-location map and see the hours of operation for Karaoke in each venue. The App will allow patrons view the host’s songbook and make requests. Patrons can include a key change request and also see a list of their requests. This list will show if the host has accepted or rejected the request. The Patron can also receive a notification to tell them it is their turn next. The host interface receives the requests and allows the host to manage the order and send the notifications to the patrons. This will eliminate the need for the host to collect paper requests and refine them into order. Often the writing on these paper requests can be hard to read especially in darker environments. The App will solve this issue. The App will also eliminate the need for patrons to go searching for a songbook or waiting for one to become available. Hosts will have the ability to manage their songbooks, venue details, hours of operation and when requests will open, all online. Unfortuantely we can't force them to get songs. What you could try is the "Missing Song Function" in the menu. That will notify your Host you are looking for a certain song. I recommend any KJ to use this service! I’ve had a few issues but the customer service is beyond amazing! Any issue I have had (most being my fault) it quickly worked out as soon as I message them...speaking of issues, I have an older gentleman that uses this app and is not very technically savvy....we set him up and he has no problems at all! Very frustrating ### 5/5 — AWESOME GAME CHANGER *2020-10-22* We are back to work!! “What Can I Sing” is working very well, very fast, efficiently, and I’ve used a few! It’s more user friendly than all the others! Yeah it used to have glitches but it’s all been smoothed away. The Owner (Keith) is super friendly and knowledgeable and is there just about whenever you have a need. He’s approachable and when he says “they’re working on that” they really are. Host lists may be down today- who’s user list isn’t?! Since the whole karaoke world of karaoke was shut down we all have tiny user lists, don’t worry boys.. it’s gonna get a lot bigger. SongbookDB, Songbooks online.. tried them used one of them for years, I didn’t do lots of online research and trials cause I was bored- I needed fast, user friendly, a knowledgeable team that supports Karaoke and I found it here Try it, you will NOT regret it. Oh and the “freebee ” ones.. you can keep em. Oh yeah, WCIS just made 2 user training videos!! One short for your customers to get started in a hurry at a show for example and another that goes in depth and shows all the bells and whistles... ### 1/5 — Not widely used in the USA? *2020-10-07* Too bad the app only shows five states in the USA and very few host subscribers in those states. None in Florida.From a post in Facebook from the group karaoke Florida East Coast, would seem to indicate you had someone as a host using this app! **Developer response:** At the time of this review, the product was still very new.
