Always logs out, forgets biometrics, ward settings, consultant settings and watched patients. Not sure why should have this app. Come on DHCW get it working. Last update 7 months ago and not updated since the new software ### 1/5 — Unusable *2026-01-09* Would give zero stars if I could. The app logs you out all the time meaning you have to do a full login with the Authenticator and set a new PIN multiple times a day. When scrolling patient lists it freezes. You have to log out and reset everything again. DHCW appear to take no interest in fixing it. Jan 2026: it’s now impossible to log in. No interest in making it work. It now essentially just clutters up my phone and will be deleted. Don’t even bother downloading this ### 1/5 — Absolutely Rubbish *2025-12-13* I have lost all my hopes on this one. I have logged multiple complaints with my local team. They keep saying it’s been informed to the developers. I just don’t know if there are any developers for this one. The app keeps logging me off, asks to enter the pin when logged on, and then freezes, it’s this vicious cycle over and over again. And I don’t know why am I even writing this review as I know that no one cares…. … sad very sad. ### 3/5 — Good features but keeps logging out *2025-07-07* It’s really useful especially now being able to see documents.
