## What is WD Supervisor?

With the application, supervisors can
	1. View scheduled trips, call driver or employee when the trip is active, track trip status.
	2. Schedule On-demand trips.
	3. Schedule trips assigned to them.
	4. Modify trips for last minute changes
	5. Receive In-app notifications about trip status.
	6. Verify and Upload the Cab & Driver documents easily.

Note: This app will be accessible only to the location supervisor and site manager users.

The vehicle inactivation process has been enhanced to prevent unintended removal of client-location mappings.
If a vehicle is mapped to only one client-location, inactivating the vehicle will automatically unmap the associated client-location and then mark the vehicle as Inactive.
If a vehicle is mapped to multiple client-locations, the vehicle cannot be inactivated directly. Instead, the following message will be displayed:

“This vehicle is mapped to multiple client-locations. Please select ‘Edit Vehicle’ and unmap only the desired client-location(s).”

1. The Vehicles module has been enhanced with dedicated tabs for:
    * Total Vehicles
    * Active Vehicles
    * Inactive Vehicles
    * Blacklisted Vehicles
    Additional document-status filters are available to quickly identify vehicles with:
    * Valid Documents
    * Documents Approaching Expiry
    * Expired Documents
    * No Documents

Introducing a new way for how vehicles and drivers can be added to the platform.
 
It’s easier and faster than ever,
 
1. In the 'Vehicles' module, click on the ‘+’ button.
2. Select the ‘Automated’ method, enter the Vehicle number, and click on the ‘Validate’ button.
3. When prompted, upload the vehicle registration certificate and click on the ‘Validate' button.
4. Upon validation the vehicle details will be automatically filled in the respective fields.
5. Add the required vendor mapping and click on the ‘Add Vehicle’ button to add the vehicle.
6. To add a new Driver, select the ‘Automated’ method, enter the Driver’s License number, and click on the ‘Validate’ button.
7. Upload the Driver’s License document and click on the ‘Validate' button.
8. Upon validation the driver details will be automatically filled in the respective fields.
9. Click on the ’Submit’ button to add the driver.
