I can’t access the magazine at all through my iPad Pro, which is why I subscribed in the first place. I can download issues with the iPhone app, but I paid to view on my large screen. Can’t figure out how to access all the issues using website either, it’s like it doesn’t recognize me as a subscriber because I subscribed through the Apple app. I will increase my rating to 5 stars once the app is fixed. Additionally, cannot download anything (app closes on attempt). I contacted support and was told they cannot help me because I subscribed through Apple, so it is Apple’s issue to resolve. Hindsight being 20/20, I wish I hand cancelled my annual subscription before it auto renewed in January. I’m sure the app functions fine if you purchase your subscription through the app. But let’s be honest, how many of us are here because we already have a subscription? I was hoping I found an easier way to read my digital subscription, but it is apparently a completely different login than the one I use to access my issues on a browser. I emailed customer service in hopes that I would be provided a solution of way to log in. Instead I received silence, no response. It seems really silly to have an app that is completely separate from a regular digital subscription. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2022-12-21, version 10.2* The latest version, using iPadOS 16.2, will not load at all. I cleared the RAM, deleted and reloaded the app and … nothing. It crashes when booting up. Please fix this or I may cancel my subscription since I can’t read the magazine on my preferred device, my iPad. ### 1/5 — Wasted money *2021-10-07, version 10* I subscribe for a month signed up with an email address and password. From that point forward it’s impossible to sign in and read the magazines. The screen says invalid not recognized. If you try to reset your password it won’t accept the email address to send you a reset. So I’m paying for a month and I won’t be able to use it. But the app won’t let me view my subscription. So far, I feel the same as many others that I shouldn’t have to go through support for this. It is well written, the pictures are frame worthy, and there are always some fun facts to learn that you never knew before. For any Disney Lover, it is a dream come true. And very helpful when planning a trip. You learn about all the great menus and dining experiences, what is new at the parks, and what us coming in the near future. You get helpful hints about booking a spot on the new Star Wars rides and how to better immerse yourself in the whole Galaxy’s Edge experience. This magazine truly is a must have. I wait excitedly for it to arrive every month. And the digital version is fantastic as you can click onto certain pictures and a world opens up before your eyes. I get both the digital and printed copies and am glad I have both formats. The magazine is truly a gift to be enjoyed and cherished. ### 5/5 — Love This Magazine *2020-04-24, version 9.13.15* We found the WDW Magazine while making plans to take our whole crew to Florida in June - All 9 of us! That is uncertain for now but we have gotten some great insights from this publication. Our daughter & grandkids get a paper copy & I signed up for the digital edition. The digital allows me to see videos and they are super! I also download the phone wallpaper periodically.
