Very handy. However I have an older phone and now it doesn’t support the updates and it’s unusable. Excluded thise of us not looking to spend big bucks on a new phone to just use the app. ### 1/5 — Dont’t waste your time. *2025-06-06* I downloaded the app on my iPhone 14 with the latest os and kept getting an error when I tried to start the app. I tried the link for app support here in the App Store and it went no where. The error was MOVED 2867 encappture-0001-001.enrapture.ylwn-qq.use1.cache.amazonaws.com:6379 RETRY (at the bottom of screen) Tried retry several times and it never went away. Deleted the app and downloaded it again, same issue. ### 1/5 — Not very helpful *2022-12-04* Disappointed in the lack of information available. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed. Just a blank screen. Am I missing something? As someone with Crohn’s, this could come in handy. **Developer response:** I'm sorry you had to face our app's early growing pains! I hope it can be a handy tool for you! ### 1/5 — App not working *2022-02-09* Once you use it once and close the app to reopen it, it sends you to a mandatory log in page and once you create an account it takes you to a blank page that is non responsive. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck. Devs please fix because I love the idea of this app. **Developer response:** Apologies for any frustration caused by our app's early issues! You'll be pleased to hear our Devs rose to the occasion, and We Can't Wait is running on all cylinders now. ### 2/5 — Woefully underpopulated for rural area *2022-02-16* I live in small town in n New Hampshire. This said, two bathrooms in two restaurants in town. Neither in map. Nearest bathroom according to map is a Home Depot 45 minutes away. People need to report bathrooms to get this useful **Developer response:** You're exactly right! We need people to submit restrooms in every corner of the country - especially the small towns - to achieve our goal with We Can't Wait. Help us fill in the gaps by submitting those two restaurants in your town using this form: bit.ly/RestroomApp Thank you! ### 2/5 — It’s all fast food spots *2022-02-11* I live in Chicago (in the city) and everything is just McDonald’s, Burger King, etc. it’s the places you’d already guess have a bathroom you can use. It doesn’t even include Starbucks or other well known spots **Developer response:** We Can't Wait does have a LOT of fast food places listed - we figure it's best to start with the obvious restroom spots and expand from there. I'm happy to say we've uploaded hundreds of new restrooms since February! Also we would love for you to submit that Starbucks and any other well-known spots through our "Add A Restroom" form: bit.ly/RestroomApp ### 5/5 — Great App! *2023-12-13* So much better than the other restroom apps I’ve tried. Easy to figure out how to add a restroom, and provide feedback. Love finding all the nearby restrooms easily when I’m in an area I’m not familiar with. I notice some people complain that the restrooms in here are “obvious,” but at least this saves me the time of hunting down each fast-food place individually. (When you’re in a new place, it’s hard to guess if there’s a Wendy’s or a Burger King or a McDonald’s just down the road.) I really appreciate this convenience. ### 5/5 — Bathroom ratings *2023-07-19* Love this app. Just was informed of it today. Is there a way we can see the rating of the bathroom? Like cleanliness level 1-5? If not, that would be a cool feature to add. ### 5/5 — More than just a restroom finder! *2022-05-25* What I like about the app is that it includes other valuable information and resources, like advocacy, IBD patient information, IBD community & support, and a digital copy of the I can't wait restroom card.
