## What is We Go Jim?

We Go Jim is a local-first workout tracker built for lifters who want to plan, log, and review training without friction.

Start a workout from scratch or launch from a saved template. Log sets quickly, track reps and weight, use rest timers, add notes, build dropsets and supersets, include cardio blocks, and keep active sessions easy to resume.

After each workout, We Go Jim gives you a clear recap with duration, completed sets, total volume, best sets, PR highlights, muscle maps, and exercise history so you can see what moved forward.

Build better training habits with:

• Fast workout logging
• Custom workout templates
• Exercise targets, notes, and rest timers
• Dropsets, supersets, and cardio blocks
• Personal records and best-set tracking
• Volume and progress history
• Workout history with summaries and calendar filtering
• A bundled exercise catalog with custom exercises
• Profile widgets for weekly goals, streaks, trends, and muscle heatmaps
• Exercise trend widgets for 1RM, max weight, max reps, and volume
• A weekly goal Home Screen widget
• Template import and export

We Go Jim is local-first. Your core workouts, templates, history, exercises, active workout drafts, and profile stay usable on-device. Cloud backup is best-effort and additive, so the training loop stays available even when cloud services are not.

Whether you are building strength, tracking consistency, or just trying to make logging less annoying, We Go Jim keeps the focus where it belongs: plan, lift, log, review, repeat.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-25

Version 1.2.0

We Go Jim got buffed.

- PR highlights now show up in workout history, so you can see exactly which set went beast mode.
- Widgets now understand Monday. New week rolls over automatically, no app-opening ritual required.
- Workout history is smarter for late-night sessions, because midnight should not gaslight your logbook.
- Cloud backup no longer tries to do mysterious startup wizardry. Backup and restore are still there when you actually ask for them.
- Active workout and template screens are smoother after deleting the old swipe-delete stuff. Less UI doing cardio in the background.
- General stability and performance fixes. Fewer bugs, more gains.
- Several things were politely escorted to /dev/null.
