When added, and operating the app you wouldn’t even know multiple bridges are working in the background. Nice. I have 4 bridges myself. Yeah I know. It’s a bit nutty but I have been an addict ever since the day Philips brought Hue to market. Basically I use the bridges to split my home in sections like the basement, downstairs floor, everything outside around the home and upstairs. With most apps it’s impossible to manage a setup like that. With this app it exactly works as it should. Even better would be if I can create my own master groups. Maybe a next version? ### 5/5 — Got for Christmas, looking forward to hosting new years eve *2017-12-29, version 1.0* These Philips Hue lights are a gem. Can’t wait to host my annual new year’s eve guests and show off my new hue system. Set and change the evening’s atmosphere changing my colored lights. Like the We Hue app. It seems so simple to flip through my 3 rooms and set different scenes and settings. I plan on making a few presets that I can use myself in the next day or two. Let’s see. Happy New Year. ### 5/5 — Cool app with a clever design *2017-12-28, version 1.0* Works well. Took my Hue bridge settings and almost perfectly fit the respective requirements of lighting controls. No matter how many new bulbs I add, this app works really well. I can easily turn lights on and off individually, or turning all Hue lights off at once. ### 5/5 — It in the little things and Beyond *2017-12-28, version 1.0* I have been a Philips Hue fan from day 1. Didn’t make a count lately but probably have over 40 lights at the moment. What I also have is that beautiful Beyond desktop lamp. Same artwork is used in the app icon. Beyond has two light sources in it. Many apps show this as two separate bulbs. But thats not the way you control it. It is just one desktop fixture. We Hue seems to deal with this as one fixture still allowing to change the individual color of the top and bottom light source. Honestly there is more small good stuff. Other than easy navigation some of the quick links a very handy. I am thrilled about the simple 3D Touch options (more choices would even be better) and other simple things (especially handy when you have as many lights as I have) that you can quickly collapse and expand lists. My son came in (6 year old), took my phone and started playing with it. Didn’t see him for more than an hour. He was walking all rooms, changing lights, flipping the rooms on and off and so on. I like the app, but looking at my son using it, it clearly is so intuitive to use. I have deleted it, reinstalled, etc. I finally connected using the Apple Home Kit and use the Home Kit to control the lights. ### 2/5 — Would be good if it worked properly *2018-03-08, version v1.1.1* Saw this thought great looks like everything I need all in one app however it would appear that the ‘routines’ do not work I’ve tried many times to set a routine for the lights to come on at a certain time and keep getting a ‘failed’ message. The scenes are nice and work. The groups keep telling me it’s locked so I can’t do anything with that either. Despite your ‘major update’ not so long ago this app seems a bit broken. I’ve given 2 stars just for the scenes of the rest of the app gets fixed and works I’ll definitely edit this review. Edit: I sent an email to support via your website the very same day I posted this review however the web form didn’t seem to work properly as I was writing out my email in the required field and couldn’t see anything I was typing and I’ve not had a response. ### 4/5 — Intuitive controls - need enhancements to scheduling *2018-01-08, version 1.0.1* My wife and I like using Hue especially in the bedroom where we have 2 Hue lights in our table lamps on each side of our bed and a light strip on top of the armoire. While our primary on/off control in the bedroom are the Hue switches we each have on our respective bedside tables. My wife primarily uses routines and scheduling through out the week to softly wake ourselves and the kids (upstairs) as well as automatically turning on lights in the evening. While the We Hue app includes this function on the common page, it takes her a little more thought than She/I would like to set up the many timers we use. My suggestion (request) would be to enhance the scheduling function to be more like Hue’s or even somehow part of the iPhone calendar function. Please make sure it is as easy to use as the overall We Hue app itself. ### 4/5 — Easy to use *2017-12-31, version 1.0* This app has simple interface and great features. Easy to find bridges. Great job. ### 4/5 — Great battery usage *2017-12-30, version 1.0* I am a Hue addict and probably used all apps out there by now. This one is good especially with the realization it’s v1. One thing I observed within a day. That is, battery usage is low. Some of the other apps out there drain your battery and happily rank at the top in terms of battery usage. We Hue, no sir. ### 4/5 — Nothing more to wish for, unless *2017-12-28, version 1.0* Have been using the app now for a few days and must say that I find very few reason to use any other Hue app by now. Basically it has all. I can access my rooms, lights, controls, change base settings and the color picker is great. The easy access to scenes (and love the white ambiance buttons) is also good. But … was trying to change one of my dimmers (use one of the scenes under the on button) and noticed that We Hue doesn’t allow me to change those settings with my dimmer. So an absolute 5 star if We Hue can make sure all settings can be controlled. Only figured out later, but when the power button sitting bottom-right is hard pressed you get a few quick options allowing you to control all lights in the home. Especially love the DIM buttons - so easy to quickly create a nice atmosphere.
