App is compatible with my iPhone but when I go to book a class, app crashes. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled app, but still crashes when I go to “pick my spot”

It’s a good app, but could use some improvements. It constantly signs you out and doesn’t allow Face ID. You can’t add friends or see what classes they are taking. The app should ask / notify you that you’ve made it off the wait list and give you a few minutes to decline vs only email notification. They should give paying members watch along classes in the app to do at home if they can’t make it or are not feeling well.

Gym is perfect in every way and then some! App is as good as it gets! Easy to sign up, check status and drop classes. I also love that I can look ahead and know what classes / instructors are on the schedule before the classes open up.
