## What is WE MD?

The WE MD app is a health promotion tool designed to help medical students reflect on their day, observing and recording information about their stress, anxiety, mood and more.  The app provides access to videos, education and evidence for to learn about and build wellness practices into your everyday life.  WE MD also provides incentives for practicing brain building activities.  You must be a participant of the WE MD study – reach out to we.research@uvm.edu to learn more.  

• RESEARCH – This research app is part of a larger IRB approved study at the University of Vermont and State Agricultural College and is currently limited to participating students only. 
o Registration requires sign-up with a UVM net ID account available only to UVM students.
o Daily surveys, insights and health reports tied to your personal health and wellbeing.

• HEALTH PROMOTION – The WE/MD app incentivizes wellness through self reporting in under a minute, participating in daily insight activities and checking in on your personal health report. 
O Syncs with Apple’s Health app – to provide additional tracking.
o Engage in remote wellness classes and learn more about healthy habits in our “WE-sources section”
o Earn WEcoins to cash in for merchandise, gift cards and more!
o Calendar –  Find opportunities for WE & Campus Activities
