Better integration with Phone, or Maps, etc. would be nice to show it is actually native. Or better yet an interface that is clearly native with Liquid Glass or something along those lines. ### 3/5 — Face ID Issues *2026-02-23* The Face ID gives the Opps Something Went Wrong constantly. Has been doing this for a while now with no fix. Uninstalled and it still does this. Was working fine and now does not. For example, it does not transition smoothly from Contact to Opportunity to Worklfow of the opportunity. It is slow to load. We are a small advisory firm (3 advisors, 3 support) and find the overall structure highly intuitive and easy to use. It is the center of our workdays now. We use workflows and tasks for nearly everything we do. There is one piece that is annoying for us, and they have indicated they can’t easily fix this. The software is organized under individuals contacts, not households, and this produces dozens of small-medium things that don’t work how we want them to. We have little workarounds, but if I were starting from scratch with a CRM software for advisors (like they did), I would definitely make the household the core organizing foundation. ### 5/5 — Beautiful *2022-07-08* Super user friendly! Multiple clicks to see contact info. Multiple clicks to add a task. Multiple clicks to see recent activity. Not everyone uses every function. I highly recommend this platform to any financial advisor looking for integrative tools and ease of use! ### 2/5 — Has Potential, Needs Polish *2021-10-20* Lots of potential, it needs polish. Thanks again! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Support is Horrible *2026-06-10* We had to fire RedTail. We hired Wealthbox because they seem to be the best option. The conversion was easy. But whenever we have a tech problem, you get caught in a tailspin of email support. There is no phone number to call where you can get a quick and easy fix. You have to spend hours going back and forth over emails in an attempt to fix the problem. Oh, and their “event” feature is atrocious. RedTail had lots of problems, but their event feature was excellent. And “events” are critical for a financial advisory firm. ### 1/5 — PAID email integration hasn’t worked in 10 months *2026-04-13* 10 Months in with the same problem. Title says it all. I like the program on the computer, but the phone app is completely lame. The amount that they spend updating things is disappointing. This app probably hasn’t been updated in three years. You can’t even check a client’s DOB. ### 2/5 — Could be better *2024-03-07* I checked out Capsule (they are a new CRM )that’s pretty basic but they’re interface and layout is fantastic. Wealthbox is much richer and robust but the layout is not as intuitive and I can’t even find settings to increase something as basic as the font size. On the app, it is so tiny you can barely read it. You have enabled us to serve our clients at a higher level. ### 5/5 — No brainer for old and new! *2025-10-21* Unlike the alternative CRM we all know and dislike, WealthBox is easy to learn and use the breadth of features without “coaching calls” to teach you how to hack the pentagon to get a clients DOB! Simple menu system enables quick location of tools and features without mastering a myriad of complex clicks and layered hidden menus. I loved WealthBox when I first logged in years ago and watch them continue to innovate and drive other CRM’s bonkers trying to keep up. For me, ridding myself of that old tired tech liberated note talking and saved me time everyday.
