### 2/5 — Too basic

*2021-01-29, version 4.14*

If you have any complexity in your assets, this app is not for you. Unless you want to limp ALL your assets into one line called “assets”. Same goes for mortgage, liabilities, investments. No ability to break out savings accounts, ISA, premium bonds, etc.

### 3/5 — Basic

*2020-12-04, version 4.14*

Very basic app. There has been no development of the app and that is a pity. It is a shame that the app does not allow some greater analysis.

### 5/5 — Stay Motivated and Build Wealth

*2020-09-05, version 4.14*

I have been using this app for almost three years now and I can’t tell you how much I love it. Every two weeks when I would get paid, I’d update my net worth and add another notch in my belt (for better or for worse haha).

Manually entering in my net worth every two weeks and being able to easily scroll back on my history for the past few years is what kept me motivated to hit a six figure net worth while not making six figures myself. The added feature of having notes so you can see those as you’re scrolling amplififes the experience.

Get the app, it’ll really change your life!

### 5/5 — I love this app!

*2020-09-01, version 4.14*

This is everything I was looking for in a net worth tracker. Customizable categories and charts, and manual entry without links to my actual accounts for security. I hope this stays maintained and available for years to come.

### 4/5 — Handy little app

*2020-08-09, version 4.14*

Nice app to track how much you have and how that changes over time. Useful for me now that I’m retired.

### 5/5 — Useful

*2020-07-22, version 4.11*

Have 7 data points over 3 months but only 3 points on the graph

### 3/5 — Charts

*2020-06-15, version 4.11*

The time points on the charts bear no relationship to the data entered. For example I have four time points entered as Dec 31 for five different years yet the charts show Feb, June etc time points.

### 4/5 — Wealth

*2020-05-27, version 4.11*

Have used for 3-4 years. Simple to use. Great graphs for visual tracking over longer periods.

### 5/5 — E-Z

*2020-05-01, version 4.11*

Just what I needed!

### 5/5 — Great App

*2020-04-19, version 4.11*

Simple, Effective, Efficient.

### 3/5 — Needs some changes

*2020-04-14, version 4.11*

This app is quite basic which is not necessarily a bad thing. However, at the very least, it needs editable asset and liability categories. Preferably so that you can add your own. Add this and i will add an extra star.

### 3/5 — Category issues

*2020-04-05, version 4.11*

I have the same issue as reported by Buggy 2 years ago.

I currently have 21 asset categories.

When I create the 22nd category, it inherits the value of an existing category, thus doubling the asset value for that category.

When I delete the value in the new category, it also deletes ALL the pre-existing values of the category which was inherited.

So I cannot add a new category, because it screws up the values of an existing category.

This bug has effectively tarnished an otherwise excellent and well designed app.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2019-11-01, version 4.11*

I use this as a personal tracker for my wealth and saving goals. It's not like a full financial tracker but it does the job intended. The great thing about this App is that you only have to update it every few months so you really get a chance to notice the difference.

### 5/5 — Simple. Simply the best tracking app!

*2019-09-24, version 4.9*

The app is simple I’ve been using it for a little over 2 years and it helps show progress and provides motivation. I just hope upgrades keep it available for me to use forever! 10-15 years of tracking would be an awesome data set to have!

### 5/5 — Easy to use and track net worth

*2019-07-23, version 4.9*

Great app, recommend to anyone !!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not good

*2025-09-12, version 4.16*

Waste of money!

### 1/5 — Why do I have to pay for wealth+2

*2022-08-31, version 4.16*

Not happy that I now have to upgrade and pay to get the latest version of the app. This is not a great customer experience at all for your supporters.

### 1/5 — Pretty weak app, not recommended

*2021-05-08, version 4.14*

Bought this app, opened and tried it for 2 minutes, and now have deleted it. Highly not recommended. Looked decent in the photos and screenshots in the App store, but I'm not impressed. I'm back to just using Microsoft Excel.

### 1/5 — Do not worth to pay for this . A simple excel sheet can do better ! I lost the fees 🙁

*2021-01-31*

I expected that the app will have some features better than an excel sheet. But I am disappointed. It has limited options to manually enter assets and liabilities. I suggest all readers to better use excel sheet for Networth calculation.

**Developer response:** Sorry to read of your disappointment. I would be more than happy to hear suggestions for additional features. These can be sent from within the app. Thank you in advance!

### 1/5 — Capping assets

*2020-08-08, version 4.12*

I was loving this app until it said I can’t put in anymore asset categories. What is the point of a net worth calculator if it caps out your assets

### 1/5 — Why doesn’t it sum balance at the top?

*2019-06-14, version 4.9*

See above.

### 1/5 — Export data does not work

*2019-05-12, version 4.9*

Export data does not work

### 1/5 — Way too simple

*2018-07-18, version 4.7*

Needs to be account based and not category based.

### 1/5 — Frustrated!

*2017-11-17, version 4.0*

No good if you have multiple properties, multiple bank accounts and use multiple currencies.

### 1/5 — Things Lacking For A “Great” Net Worth App

*2017-10-11, version 3.3*

I am not pleased with my recent experience with use of the app and the cost I paid. Over the past year since I purchased the app on November 2, 2016, the app has not improved in features, functionality or performance. I purchased the app for a total $11.98 ($5.99 each) for my iPhone 7 Plus and iPad Pro, and with use over time it has failed to meet my high expectations of a great Net Worth app. I was unable to get the Apple Watch version to work. I complained and expressed the problem in a previous review update without a response to resolve the issue(s). I recently tried to add an account entry to update my net worth without success. Apps that are promoted to be simple, but hard to use frustrate customers. I was frustrated with the fact that I paid so much and got so little for the value of my dollars spent. I have since deleted the app because I felt the current designer failed to make use of the technology training and opportunities available to developers to create “Great” apps for customers. My first experience with use of the app and my initial review of the app was a positive rating with highly expected future update for improvements.

Here are the things I find lacking in the app.
The app has assets allocation circle graph(s).
Graphics that are pleasing.
Screens having the right amount of information available to the user.
The information is helpful to tracking my daily net worth.
The app has net worth change indicators.
The app has a net worth summary with all groups included.
Account amounts are displayed in dollars and cents.
The app has an easy access to remove accounts from the net worth calculation.
The app has appealing content with a leading design.
The app is helpful and well-suited to meet my financial needs.

My overall impression of WealthPlus Net Worth app is a 1 on a scale of 1 - 5. Many significant changes are needed to improve this app. I would not recommend this app to a friend or colleague.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great tracker app

*2024-07-19, version 4.16*

This design let me see a financial overview easily. I like how the accounts can be added. The reports tab shows a variety of timelines for tracking progress . Supporting the designer was a delight too.

### 5/5 — Four years in…

*2023-07-01, version 4.16*

I’ve been using this app for a little under four years, and I love it. It does not connect to your bank/brokerage account - which is exactly what I wanted. It is simple to use, and keeps everything in one place, allowing you to scroll through the past and see your history. (I update it very frequently -almost every day :-0 mostly because it is so dang easy to use).

### 5/5 — Great app

*2022-06-21, version 4.16*

This app is great and best part it allows manual input of data rather then having an account aggregator manage it. It simply works and reminds you to update it.

### 5/5 — Best Net Worth App

*2021-12-27, version 4.16*

Love this app. Been using it for a long time to track my net worth!

### 5/5 — Straightforward, good reminder

*2021-11-23, version 4.16*

Great to remind yourself to check your financial goals often. Simple and customisable.

### 5/5 — Get rich slowly

*2021-03-16, version 4.14*

So easy you actually use it

### 5/5 — Review

*2021-02-20, version 4.14*

It would be great if you could see time frame greater than 10 years.

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2021-02-03, version 4.14*

I use this constantly and track changes. It’s awesome to see how my overall wealth grows and to look back and see how it changed overtime.

### 5/5 — Nice simple great app

*2021-01-16, version 4.14*

It’s a really nice simple app and whilst UI wise not perfect, it feels pretty solid. There is a small bug when going to landscape mode on the graphs though, it’s cut off the side slightly.

I’d really like to see % increase by each Wealth+ item compared to previous period. Right now it gives a total % increase but it’d be good if maybe when you click an existing item next to the amount fields it shows the % increase on the previous period for each item. Obviously it’s possible to look at each graph but there’s no quick overview of each item to quickly see where the growth is (or loss).

Overall given 5 stars because it’s a decent price (one off fee thanks! Main reason I purchased) and it feels solid.

### 5/5 — Simple non subscription.

*2021-01-03, version 4.14*

Great app. It’s simple, syncs with iCloud, doesn’t require a bunch of links between financial accounts. Just simple, log form net worth statement. Thanks dev. Worth the 1.99, happy to pay it.
