App is supposed to create functionality on the phone and it basically does nothing. ### 1/5 — Needs updating *2026-06-15, version 6.0* This system is so outdated. To do equity trades it’s still buy the shares not by the price. So for client calls and says I want $10,000 of XYZ stock. You literally have to use a calculator and just hope you time it right with market fluctuation to place the trade. Also, it still works on individual accounts instead of households so if I wanna look at a client and their spouses accounts I have to back-and-forth. There’s no way to update fee based accounts without bouncing back-and-forth between wallscape and Envestnet. This is unacceptable for a finance platform. Get it together already. I constantly have to delete, restart, and re-download the app, sometimes in between mobile depositing checks. Mobile deposit should be convenient but now it takes me forever! ### 1/5 — Poor app *2021-05-03, version 2.2.0* At least three different occasions, the app told me to reset my password on a desktop and then the credential ID number from the VIP access, did not match. I had to spend about 30 minutes each time to get this fixed. In the end, I had to delete the wealth scape app and reinstall it for the credential ID to match. This needs to be fixed. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever! *2021-02-11, version 2.2.0* I recently updated iPhones and it doesn’t let you log in with the newest one. Once you put in the security key it takes you to a blank page. For as large as Fidelity is and the amount of money they spend on tech this app blows! ### 1/5 — No longer functional with Apple update *2020-12-21, version 2.2.0* With the most recent Apple iOS update, this app no longer functions.
