When i have reached customer support team they said usually it will take T+ 1 working day. It’s nice and that is as per guidelines, but these will will not follow the rules because if they have followed the rules NAV would have completed. Now they have raised the ticket and saying it will done ASAP, i asked for explanation and they are ignoring my question and saying our team is working on it and issue will resolved ASAP. When you call you customer care call will be disconnected when you ask them any difficult question. This is the customer support team how it works. Please try to maintain standards as per SEBI and maintain proper customer service. One more things I would like to address here, There are grammatical and spelling mistakes in chat support which i never saw in any customer chat support.
