I think the app isn’t properly built for iPhones. Not able to complete kyc as taking selfie throws error on requiring location permission. The message is not helpful. When i have reached customer support team they said usually it will take T+ 1 working day. It’s nice and that is as per guidelines, but these will will not follow the rules because if they have followed the rules NAV would have completed. Now they have raised the ticket and saying it will done ASAP, i asked for explanation and they are ignoring my question and saying our team is working on it and issue will resolved ASAP. When you call you customer care call will be disconnected when you ask them any difficult question. This is the customer support team how it works. Please try to maintain standards as per SEBI and maintain proper customer service. One more things I would like to address here, There are grammatical and spelling mistakes in chat support which i never saw in any customer chat support. Please improve your platform UI and good Customer Support team. ### 1/5 — Never use this app *2023-11-05, version 4.0.13* Worst trading app ever used. Even the partner app is worst. They will promise something and do something. They are not in trading side rather their first motive is marketing and that too is worst structure. But post the update, every time I open the app I have to go through whole sign in process with OTP and then set mpin and then enable face unlock before I can even see the portfolio.
