Ill start walking and the duration will go up like it should, yet the miles stays at 0.00 and will not go up and the average pace will never be set. **Developer response:** Please check if your height and weight are filled in your account. In the app:Account--Account--Height / Weight. Or log in again. The app can not connect Wearbuds Lite any longer? My profile isn’t even me and says I’m a man. What the heck is wrong with this app? Did they do some upgrade and dump all existing users? Grrrr ### 2/5 — Band will not connect to phone *2020-07-30* Followed the instructions after almost a year of use the band no longer connects to my phone. ### 2/5 — Crash on update *2020-07-21* I tried updating the watch to version 1.7.3 and once the install reaches 100% the app crashes and the watch stays on the update screen. ### 3/5 — Watch keeps disconnecting *2020-08-16* The watch disconnects from the app whenever it is out of range and has to be completely reconnected again even though it’s back in range through settings which is a huge inconvenience! Also, I think the Wearbuds (I have the Lite version) should have a timer or alarm function as even standard watches have them Edit: The watch use to reconnect automatically after the update for the app came out, but now it still needs to be paired every time it goes out of range! ### 3/5 — Amazing product *2020-02-05* This product is really ahead of it’s time. It’s really cool and awesome! I can’t give it 5 stars for one reason. The second day I had this the right earbud popped out without me knowing and it fell out, lost the the void. Just be cautious because your hand might just click your earbud out of place. Besides that it has really amazing features, like measuring sleep and heart rate. Then the buds will be out cuz the small lock inside will be loosen by the vibration occurred through the Force... Or u can use any other methods that make the vibration and let it out. Ps. Not recommended to use forcible and rude methods like using screwdriver...Cuz I’ve tried and nothing happen except the surface was destroyed, though I’m really careful. RESPONSE: I went to the settings on the top right and clicked firmware and it shows that there is a new file (so I assume there is one) and the new file is different from the current file. **Developer response:** Hi，Hello, thank you for loving wearbuds .
