Broken and stuck at the start up  logo- iOS 18+

This app is completely useless it never works for whatever reason I sat here for over two minutes it never worked.

I like the Current Conditions view, makes it so easy to see details about the current weather. I also like that the hourly view defaults to feels like temperature instead of actual temperature.
