They do not payout when you ask to withdraw. They will keep your money. One day fantasy betting is not allowed in WA so that’s why you’re not able to play. It has nothing to do with the app. I’m in Portland and I play FanDuel and Draft Kings all the time but if I’m even just in North Portland, it will not let me play based on location (being so close to WA). I assume this is the same issue for the FL person.
