I’ve added this to the wishlist for future updates. ### 5/5 — Useful and Cheerly *2026-01-12* This is a fun, cheerful way to choose your outfit for the day. No more dressing for sun and getting wet in the rain! You can choose from different styles for each clothing type, and you can customize your character to look like you. The developer says they’re happy to add elements to the character customization to help you personalize your look, and they mean it. I requested a different color of glasses frames, and they responded right away. This app with its Home Screen widgets is a fun way to check the weather. And it would be especially useful for parents with kids who want to wear impractical clothes for the weather, or who have difficulty adjusting to the changing seasons and the different sensations of the clothes that go with them. Since the app is so cute, and the developer willing to add character features, I decided to purchase a lifetime subscription so I can watch it develop. There’s so much room for new styles and landscapes, I expect it to be really fun. Thanks again for understanding! ### 2/5 — Great idea but not well executed. *2025-05-11, version 7.2.3* If you really want an idea of what to wear based on the weather, this isn’t it. It could be—and I wish it was. But the clothing choices are not accurate, and the comfort level adjustments are way off. I tried to adjust my comfort level to be warmer by one level and it changed the clothing from a sleeveless short dress to long pants and a long sleeved flannel. Neither of those is appropriate for 71 degrees F. Disappointing to say the least. ### 4/5 — Love it!! *2025-03-30, version 7.2.2* Super helpful and cute! They also have excellent customer support and replied quickly when I needed help. The app shows you 1. Show you what to wear for the weather you have and saves me time daily in planning my day. On top of that it not only shows the layers/clothes you should wear (and shows it effectively), it also 2. Shows the weather better than most regular weather apps (It even allows you to choose the weather data source that out of a few options since they vary in their accuracy depending on your location). Also when changing the character in the settings, the figure isn’t updated. You have to switch locations first. As for widgets, they require a lot of live weather data, which is expensive to provide, so they’re available only to Premium users. I appreciate your understanding, and I’ll keep improving Weather Fit to give you more customization options. ### 1/5 — Lock Screen widget not accurate *2025-07-19* I got this mainly for the use of the Lock Screen widget, but I was sad to see that it only really shows a shirt when it should be showing an umbrella because it’s raining. Disappointed. Hope they update it so that the icons that they use on the lock screen widget are more accurate. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback! Just to clarify, the Lock Screen widget isn’t inaccurate. It shows the main clothing item based on the weather, but due to technical limits, it can only display one icon, so we prioritize clothing over accessories like umbrellas. If you’d like to see more details like accessories, our larger Home Screen widgets might be a better fit. Also, I’d really appreciate it if you reconsidered the 1-star rating, the app works correctly, is accurate, and a lot of effort went into building it.
