I don’t know what happened but every 5 minutes my app puts my weather at a new location that’s no where near me. I tried updating and adjusting location settings but it put me in WY and then shortly after, NY. I’m hundreds, if not thousands, of miles away from both! I hope this gets fixed cause it’s my favourite weather app. 😭

Very awesome weather app I really enjoy the weather sounds it is great to listen to the weather of warnings are always accurate except for one thing the app was updated one day ago and I have installed the latest version of with the gods app I cannot get into the area to see daily weather forecast when using the weather I can only see 14 day hourly forecast if I click on the pen theme area nothing happens I deleted the app and reinstalled the app and it still does the same please help me to fix the issue

The app is fairly intuitive not hard to work and very accessible with the voiceover features someone in the Chicago area told me about it a year or so ago and I finally decided to get it I like the sound of fax very much my only question would be when adding a location do I just go into the favorite area and search and find a location and it’s there automatically once I put it in it seems to be there I don’t know if it’s in the recent category or what but that would be my only thing also I’m having an issue when I put something new in my favorites I’m getting alerts for that. I don’t want alerts in any of my favorites. How do I turn getting the alerts off? I want only the announcement for what the weather is gonna be for my city the next day and I have that set for 8 AM and 8 PM. I don’t even want the alerts for my area because I get them with my no weather radio.

As time goes on, I am less and less happy with this app and plan on deleting it. It seems like every useful feature is being put in the premium category. I was supporting this developer because they were making the app very accessible for the blind but I don’t feel like being nickel and dime anymore for things that should just be there. For example, why are notifications now in the premium category?

I have experimented with several weather apps, looking for the best voice over friendly app I could find. Weather gods is the one. It is easy to use very voiceover friendly, and is the best weather app I have found. I will never go to another.

I cannot tell what is going on. There are various colored mists with eyeballs. What are those? Click on them and you still can’t tell. Least intuitive interface I’ve ever seen. Also painfully slow animations. It’s all pointless and confusing. Why does it make chicken noises in a weather app? Absolutely unusable.

No way to do a trial. Not even a 3-day or something small to test out the widgets. I’m not paying to test if an apps widgets are functional or designed well. Pretty much every feature and widget is locked unless you pay so you have to give them money before you know if they’re even functional or look nice.

This is the app I always come back to when I want to look at the weather or get alerts. It's simple enough to be useful for me, but has all the information I need in an accessible way. I love the voiceover support. I've tried other apps, and they just aren't as good or simple as this one.

Weather is truly a fun experience as you select the style of forecaster you like. There’s everything from a pirate to a witch, to a time traveler. Add to that colorful animated graphics and extensive options menus and you’re spoiled for choice. 

The subscription fees are in line with other major apps such as Weatherstrip though there are two different models covering different services. This does make subscribing to the complete menu of reports a little more expensive. 

The fee for switching between different forecast personae for the same days’ forecast is best left to people wanting to test the AI interface.

I was on the fence about getting this app because of some of the reviews that I had read. But before getting into this app and getting the subscription I decided to try the free version of the app. There were some curves I had to learn with this app and it’s accessibility since I am a voice over user. at first I had three favorites set. But then I decided to take out one since two of those areas gave me the same results. I didn’t need that. A bit overkill which I found out later. All in all this is a great app and thank goodness it has the NOAA weather stations broadcast built into the app. I do have a physical weather radio here but it’s nice to try and find the broadcast of NOAA since sometimes the station may be off the air and it may be reachable via the Internet. Keep up the good work.

Nach Wiederinstallation auf neuem IPhone 15 Pro und Wiederherstellung meines Premiumkaufs wird dieser auch im Konto angezeigt. Mich erstaunt, dass im Begrüßungsbildschirm Aeris-Weather als Quelle angegeben wird. Während aber Aeris in einer anderen App nur relativ gute Vorhersagen liefert, sind die Angaben des „Wettergottes“ viel besser. Alles läuft rund, auch auf der AppleWatch. Die haptischen Meldungen zeigen zudem, dass es häufige Wetterupdates gibt. Danke für ein tolles Konzept der Vorhersagedarstellung! 

Nachtrag 12/23: Irgendwie hält der Akku meiner AppleWatch nicht mehr so lange, seitdem die WeatherGods App drauf ist. Zudem irritieren mich haptische Meldungen ohne erkennbaren Grund. Vermutlich meldet sich die App auch auf diese Weise, wenn nur die Daten aktualisiert wurden. Kann ich leider nicht abstellen.

Nachtrag 08/25: Akkuprobleme scheinen behoben. Seit einiger Zeit funktioniert bei mir nun auch das Ausschalten der haptischen Meldungen. Super, danke!
