Upon clicking okay, nothing happens. I really hope this issue gets resolved. ### 2/5 — Frustrated *2020-06-29, version 2.1.1* Used to love this app. However, now I try to subscribe and it doesn’t do anything, much like others have described. ### 2/5 — Issues and more issues *2019-12-10, version 2.1* I love this app but have had nothing but issues recently. I paid for a year and now when I login it makes me verify my purchase. When I got to verify it gets stuck forever on the verify screen. I would like to speak with the developers but it says there website is down. But could be a little more “user friendly.” 1. Give users the ability to edit favorites by putting them in whatever order they desire. 2. Give users the ability to choose alerts that are applicable to their favorites via the “By Office” option. There is no word in support — either in-app or online — as to why the app is seemingly disconnected from all feeds. A $9.99 yearly subscription is mentioned in the Settings, but the link to Apple also seems to be dead. I suspect the app has been abandoned, at least for iOS. There hasn’t been an updated version for two years. ### 1/5 — Can’t subscribe *2022-05-24, version 2.1.1* I am a storm tracker and really need a reliable weather app with nation wide notifications. Other platforms are able to use this app but IOS seems to have been deserted by the dev team. I can not get the subscription to process and have tried multiple times. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed email address to verify again and attempted to contact the dev team with no response. I noticed I was not getting the alerts anymore. I tried to upgrade but it will not allow me to do so. It says redeem from apple when I try that nothing happens. I got the email and clicked the link and have tried everything. I really wish I could get this working. And working for a local tv station, it was nice to be able to stay up on the weather around the area. It was nice to get so much information (watches, warnings, AFDs) pushed straight to my phone. Then they went and added a “subscription” just to get those pushes. I get it. Wanting to make money on an app you created. But to provide those pushes for free for years but now it costs. Nope. All NWS products ready for viewing - or set alerts. There’s no better interface for true weather geeks. ### 5/5 — WI is a MUST HAVE! *2019-08-24, version 2.1* It’s still the best ! No other wx app can match WI for providing push notifications for any NWS weather product, watch, warning, etc. The new version adds NWS graphics for hurricanes, severe thunderstorms and other SPC and WPC products. As an emergency manager, this is the app to have! ### 5/5 — Very nice Lee put together *2018-03-30, version 1.3* As a blind person, knowing what the weathers going to do for me for traveling every day is an absolute necessity. I am pleased to say that this app accomplishes that all in one seamless app. VoiceOver works very well with this app, everything reads, buttons are properly labeled, and I can get around the app with no problems. I absolutely love when an app developer designs an app with Accessibility in mind right from the beginning, and this app developer has clearly done their job and done it very well. ### 5/5 — Great for Storm Spotters and Weather Enthusiasts *2018-01-04, version 1.3* Excellent app for storm spotters and weather enthusiasts to have quick and easy access to National Weather Service text-based products. ANY product from ANY National Weather Service office or Storm Prediction Center can be pushed immediately to your device as soon as it is issued. The tech support is second to none if you have any questions or need help. This app is that app and I relied on it for my weather alert notifications ever since downloading it. Yes this app has had issues, in fact I got so frustrated with the bugs I contacted the developers. To my delight they have been super responsive and have helped fix issues that I have contacted them with.
