All the info you need right there artistically presented. My go-to weather forecaster. ### 1/5 — Won't load *2024-07-16* I bought to try for friend that has vision impairment and can't get it to load. It would be better if it was for Ipad OS but if she can use it to read to her, that would work--but I can't even try it to recommend to her. ### 2/5 — Voiceover can’t see current conditions *2020-10-20* I normally do not send feedback like this through the review system but it is a last resort as my attempts to contact them via email failed. Unfortunately this application has had an issue for quite some time where voiceover is not able to see or read the current conditions from the top of the page. The forecast elements all work perfectly and so does the sections where you can add or remove locations but unfortunately even though you can visually see the current conditions for an area to voiceover they do not exist. Even attempting to manually move your finger over the area where they are located results in no feedback from the screen reader. If this could be fixed it would definitely be once again a 5 star app, but until this happens I cannot recommend it for those with visual impairments. ### 5/5 — Excellent app *2020-07-23* iPad support would be tremendous ### 5/5 — Finally *2019-05-21* Yes, finally a weather app that's simple to use and right to the point. Love it ! ### 4/5 — Great, but... *2019-02-23* I’ve been using this app for years and really enjoy the simple interface compared to all the clutter found in other weather apps. I frequently recommend this app to others. However, on far too many occasions the app struggles to load and constantly displays the following error message: “Data request time out.” When this happens, the app essentially becomes useless. It seems like a problem with finding a user’s location, connecting to a server or something along those lines. They are the high and low temperature record holders for the U.S. The record high was 134ºF on July 10, 1913 in Death Valley and the record low was -80ºF on January 23, 1971 in Fort Yukon. When you check them out, notice the difference of the temperature hues in the top color bar of the app :) We're planning on bigger improvements for Weather Simple in the future.
