As other reviewers have pointed out, this is not an official Australian Weather Service app. It is a blatant misrepresentation of a title. How the publisher of this app has been able to continue using the ‘BOM’ title is questionable And although the app itself is ok, I cannot get away from the fact that it is clearly using another organisations reputation to sell itself and encourage downloads.

By choosing this name for the app the author is making it sound like the BOM Weather App from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, which it is not.
