## What is WeatherCircles?

A simpler weather app and lock screen widget using UK Met Office “weather circles”. These weather observation drawings have been almost unchanged since the 1940’s and display a lot of condensed weather data into a small space. Perfect for a widget.

• Pressure in plain figures. A surface chart writes 1021.6 hPa as "216" — the real notation, and unreadable unless you already know the rule. Settings can now print the pressure and its three-hour change in full instead.

• Area chart. Swipe up twice for the outline of the country you're in, with a station circle on each of its major cities — cloud, wind and present weather at a glance, right across the country.

• The seven-day page now reaches the top of the screen instead of stopping short of it.
