## What is Weathergraph weather widget?

I built Weathergraph to be the weather app I always wanted — clear visual forecasts, professional-grade data, and zero tracking.

YOUR PLACES, ALL IN ONE APP

Save home, the mountains, your next trip — any place you care about. Switch between them with one tap for the full 7-day detailed forecast, with your choice of weather source.

WHY OUTDOOR ENTHUSIASTS LOVE WEATHERGRAPH

• Up to 7 days of hour-by-hour data in a single glanceable chart — temperature curve, rain bars, wind, clouds, and sunshine in one timeline
• Widgets with real graphs for Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, and Mac
• Know exactly when rain starts: “Light rain 2:30–3:15 PM,” powered by Rainbow.ai radar + ML — perfect for runners, cyclists, and ski trips
• Rain alerts up to 60 min ahead — plan your workout, hike, or fishing trip with confidence
• Built for kite surfers and sailors: wind speed + gusts, direction, pressure trends, UV peaks, heat index
• Works offline — forecast cached for 24 hours, even in the mountains or on travels
• Privacy-first — no accounts, no ads, no tracking, no data sharing

SEE YOUR WEATHER AT A GLANCE

Weathergraph turns raw weather numbers into a visual narrative:

• Temperature as a smooth gradient line — spot the warmest hour for your bike ride
• Rain & snow as blue bars — taller bars = heavier precipitation
• Sunshine breaks as real sun-rays between clouds — find the best window to head out
• Wind with gusts and direction arrows
• UV index curve — know when to apply sunscreen (hint: above 3)
• Barometer trends to understand pressure-driven changes
• Background color follows the sky from dawn blue to sunset orange
• Today’s highs and lows marked directly in the chart
• Sunrise/sunset times with twilight shading

APPLE WATCH APP DONE RIGHT

• The only weather app with full hourly graphs on your watch face
• Rich complications for every weather metric you care about
• Caches your forecast for 24 hours — even offline on a mountain ridge

WIDGETS THAT ACTUALLY HELP

• Large widget with the nowcast, hourly charts, and up to a week of weather
• Quick-glance widgets: UV with sunscreen reminder, wind with direction arrow, dew point & comfort scale, sunrise & sunset …
• Lock screen widgets — see the detailed forecast before you even unlock
• Stack several for your morning weather briefing

TRUSTED DATA SOURCES

Apple Weather · Rainbow.ai (world-class radar + ML nowcast) · Foreca · Open-Meteo (and its many national forecast models) · Pirate Weather (NOAA’s HRRR, GFS and GEFS) · yr.no

Pilots and surfers check the wind graphs before takeoff. Photographers plan golden hour. Skiers know when exactly the blizzard starts. Golfers, anglers, and drone pilots time their sessions; stargazers watch for clear skies. If you loved Dark Sky or Weather Line, you’ll feel right at home.

Weathergraph is free to download and use — beautiful, detailed forecasts from the world’s best weather models, no ads, no accounts. Upgrade to Pro to unlock widgets, Apple Watch complications, multiple saved locations, background rain alerts, and full customization. Pro comes with a 7-day free trial, then an annual membership or a one-time lifetime purchase.

### 5/5 — Best independent weather app

*2026-08-20, version 1.0.364*

What a refreshing and useful weather resource! So much better designed than the other mainline weather forecasts out there. Easily one of my favorite apps - in terms of features, usability, and precise accuracy.

### 5/5 — Great visualizations and multiple weather sources

*2026-08-15, version 1.0.364*

Thanks for the quick fix on the crasher. This is the first third-party Weather app. I have used in at least a decade. Excellent.

### 5/5 — The best weather app

*2026-08-14, version 1.0.364*

The best weather app by far. Not only does it have an innovative view on the day/week, it can also give you the old Dark Sky view. You also get access to different data sources, to suit your locality.

### 4/5 — Stunning data graphics still missing a few sources such as AirNow HRRR

*2026-08-03, version 1.0.362*

I bought Weathergraph Pro for its stunning data graphics laying both dew point and air temperature, each useful solo, on the same Fahrenheit scale, leaving the gap between to indicate how much more water vapor the air could still take. Its intuitive feel for conditions now and future render its widgets literate and innate.

A few chart items such as UV Index clutter and obscure ground bottom, where rain depth and likelihood better lay—UV goes better just under the clouds, where a fade of yellow signifies less. Missing still too on those charts and maps especially today are Air Quality and smoke as AirNow can map and forecast.

I would also prefer to set unit measure individually, or allow at least Système Internationale for everything, except Fahrenheit resolves better than Celsius.

### 5/5 — New fav weather App!!

*2026-07-23, version 1.0.361*

After three years with CARROT, I finally found a weather app that’s replaced it: Weathergraph. The graph-based design lets you absorb far more weather data at a glance than traditional tables or lists ever could. It’s faster, clearer, and makes spotting trends almost effortless. Once you get used to visualizing the forecast this way, it’s hard to go back.

### 5/5 — 3 années au Top 👌

*2026-07-19*

À recommander sans hésitation

### 5/5 — most accessible weather app ever

*2026-07-16, version 1.0.360*

Is that weird praise? yes. but most weather apps either give you temp & current conditions, or drown you in detailed forecast data. Weathergraph takes that data and presents it in a fantastic at-a-glance display that lets you not just see but understand upcoming conditions. it’s just great. give it a try.

### 5/5 — Better and better

*2026-07-13, version 1.0.360*

The original design of this app is appealing, but over the years, its functionality has improved SO much. The recent addition of an easy-to-see barometric pressure reading is invaluable to those of us with sinus problems.

Bitte weiter so! Ahoj nach CZ!

### 2/5 — Overwhelming, busy UI

*2026-07-06, version 1.0.356*

The UI is very busy and overwhelming everywhere. The main screens and graphs are difficult to read. There are way to many configuration options. I just can't handle it. The developer needs to have a vision for how most of these options should be set and not ask the user to do so much fiddling. Needs a legend for the graphs under them.

Charges way too much too! Not worth it at all.
