## What is Weavers Group Room Booking?

The meeting room booking app for Weavers Group employees. See every room's availability on one screen, find an open room, and book it in seconds.

- Calendar views (month/week/day); drag to pick a time slot and book instantly.
- Floor plan to pick a room visually.
- My schedule for meetings you host or are invited to.
- Invitations with accept / tentative / decline responses.
- Yield requests to politely ask for an already-booked room.
- Real-time notifications for invites, yields, and reminders.
- Calendar subscription (iCal) to sync with Google, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.
- Company directory with departments and email groups.
- Korean, English, and Japanese; light and dark mode.

This is an internal tool for Weavers Group employees who sign in with a company SSO account. General users cannot sign in.
