## What is WeavingGem?

WeavingGem is a handweaving app and draft editor for weavers who want to design patterns and keep their place effortlessly from planning and setup through threading and weaving.

Stop squinting at paper drafts or miscounting heddles. Large visual beads show your exact warp end, threading group, or treadle pick, so counting stays clear and readable at the loom. Design and edit weaving patterns right in the app, or import drafts from your favourite weaving software. Then track every step hands-free as you wind, thread, and weave.

We squashed a few bugs this week to make your weaving smoother. Voice Control works far more reliably with Bluetooth headphones (including AirPods) and keeps up with back-to-back commands seamlessly. Draft creation, project calculations, and saving are also much more stable. Fewer glitches and more focus on your cloth. Happy weaving!

We've reorganized our settings to make things easier! Tap the new gear icon on your home screen to get support or manage your WeavingGem Pro subscription. Plus, you can now watch tutorial videos right inside the app without jumping to your browser. Your essential weaving controls (like sound, haptics and voice control) haven't moved, they are still right where you need them at the loom.
