## What is WeavingGem?

WeavingGem is a weaving tracker for handweavers who want to keep their place at the loom. 

Follow warping, threading and weaving with large visual beads that make counting easy and fun.

WeavingGem is not drafting software. Use your favorite weaving design tool or pattern library, then import your WIF file and track each step at the loom.

WARP, THREAD & WEAVE
- Warp Mode walks your warp color order so you can wind ends in sequence.
- Threading Mode helps you follow warp ends, shafts, threading direction, and yarn colors.
- Weaving Mode helps you follow treadling, shaft lifts, picks, and repeats.

VOICE CONTROL & HANDS-FREE TRACKING
- Large visual beads show the active warp end, threading group, treadle pick, or shaft lift.
- Voice commands let you say “next” or “back” while your hands stay on the shuttle, heddles, or yarn (English support only).
- Audio and haptic feedback help you stay in rhythm.

CUSTOMIZABLE FOR YOUR LOOM
- Choose treadles or shafts display.
- Configure rising shed for jack looms or sinking shed for counterbalance and countermarch looms.
- Set right-to-left or left-to-right threading.
- Track drafts from 4 to 16 shafts.
- Jump to any thread end or weaving pick to check mistakes or repeat sections.
- Adjust Warp Focus settings for ends per tap, counting-thread reminders, and bout size.

WIF IMPORT & YARN COLOR MATCHING
- Open .wif files from Files, AirDrop, email, or iCloud Drive.
- Adjust warp and weft colors to match your yarn stash.
- Duplicate patterns to explore colorway variants.

APPLE WATCH COMPANION
- View your place and advance from your wrist.

Plus, you can now watch tutorial videos right inside the app without jumping to your browser. Your essential weaving controls (like sound, haptics and voice control) haven't moved, they are still right where you need them at the loom.
