### 4/5 — FLACファイルが再生できないのは残念です。

このアプリ、なかなか良いのですが今困っているのはiPhone版ではFLACに対応していないことです。所有しているCDを処分するためFLACで取り込んだのですが再生できません。(再度MP3に変換するのは無意味な感じがします)この一点がこのアプリの良さを損なっています、と感じています。次のバージョンでは、是非FLAC対応になるよう期待しています。

4/10のアップデートでアップロード時の写真選択画面が変更になりました。
画像1枚ごとの読み込み速度がとても遅くなり、それに伴いアプリ動作も重くなりました。まともに画面スクロールができず、とてもではないですが使えません。

以前はサムネの読み込みがスムーズでサクサク動いていたのに、ビジュアルにこだわりすぎているのか利用者のことを第一に考えていると思えません。
元に戻してください。

ここはバッファローさん見てくださっているでしょうか？　NASの音楽データ（wav)を外出先で聴いていましたがversion2になって約3分（データ量約50MB）で止まるようになりました。その後放置するとしばらく後（数分後？）にまた鳴り始めることもありますがまたすぐ止まります。NAS設置場所のインターネット環境をアップグレード（上り10Mから100M、実測65MB）しましたが変わりません。このためにNASを設置しているのでぜひ改善していただきたく存じます。よろしくお願いいたします。

アプリをインストールしてファイルを検索しようと検索窓に「か」と入力すると「かか」と入力されてしまう。「かわ」と入力すると「かかかわかわ」入力されてしまう。問い合わせたらAppleからiOSを最新化、キーボードの変換学習をリセット、webアクセスを再インストールしたが改善しない
その場合はバッファローに調査してもらってくださいと言われたが、iPhoneとiPadでも同じ現象になるが、問い合わせたが取り合ってくれない。
もうバッファローは使わない

フォルダ毎にまとめられている音楽（MP3）メディアの再生が、Ver2になって酷くなってしまってます…

１つのフォルダにあるファイルの再生が終わり、別のファイルに移ってそこのファイルを再生しようとしてもNGとなります。
・ファイルを選択しても再生出来ず、フォルダ内の別のファイル名を次々表示しようとグルグルする
・復帰方法は、アプリの終了→再起動しかなさそう

このバグは可及的早期に修正して欲しいと思います

データ管理で約4万も出して買ったのに、導入ガイドに記載してあるアプリ名(smartphone NAVIGATORはなく、Web Access i)と違う。説明書と現在の画面と違う。LinkStation内こファイルが共有できていないのか、設定でフォルダーを作成したのに、アプリ内に出てこず、バックアップ先のフォルダーを選択てくださいとなるが、出てこず選択出来ずスマートフォンのバックアップもできない。分かりやすいものにしてくださ。先を見て高い買い物をしたのにガッカリです。

アップデート、改悪です。

・1000ほどのファイルも全選択できたのに、1つずつの選択しかできない
・60のファイル選択→アップロード開始してしばらくしたら30ほどに勝手にファイル量が変更されている。どれがアップされてどれが落とされたのか不明瞭でストレス
・フォルダ内でアップしてるのに、「アップロード先のフォルダが見つかりませんでした」のエラーになる。謎。

こどもの動画を残したくて始めたのに、アップロードができないので意味がないです。
改善してほしい。

最近になってiPhoneのHEIC形式に対応してくれるようになり助かっている。

ただ、ファイルのアップロードが失敗した際に、「アップロード先のフォルダが見つかりませんでした」とのエラーメッセージが表示されるだけで、「アップロードの続行」は自動的には開始されない。「アップロードを再試行しますか？」といったメッセージくらい出してほしい。この前、iPhoneの写真をアップロードできたと思い込んで、iPhone上のデータを削除したら、うまくアップロードできてなくて少しショックだった。もっとユーザーに寄り添った親切な機能を実装してもらいたい。
