Less than an hour before my shower started, I couldn’t log into the app. Nor even just try forget password. I know I used the right password but I was trying anything. I’m on bedrest. So we were relying on the virtual…. Thanks for ruining it! Can’t wait for the excusing on why we won’t get a refund. Oh and customer service only available through email. Very Disappointed! *2024-08-20* I purchased this app for my daughter’s upcoming baby shower. I am not very tech savvy but was able to set it up. It was cute and I was excited to use it. Then I began hearing from people that they could not access the registry. Ok I will let people know where she is registered. Now I am hearing from guests that they can’t access the App. WHAT GOOD IS AN APP YOU CAN’T ACCESS! I recommend that you use Zoom or Skype and send an invite through the mail. ### 1/5 — Wasted a lot of people’s time *2024-02-26* Attended a shower hosted through this app, with about a dozen other connections. Everyone’s video and audio was so choppy it was effectively useless. After about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work we all switched to a Google Meet meeting and no one had audio or video issues at all. ### 1/5 — Do Not Use! *2024-01-29* One of the worst apps I’ve seen. Video connection kept kicking people off. App is extremely basic, not made well. Better to use Facebook to set up a private event and then use Zoom for the virtual baby shower. That’s what we ended up doing yesterday due to all the issues this app had. Very disappointing. ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2023-08-27* Just used this app for my baby shower today. I don’t typically write reviews but had to do this. I was excited when the person hosting the shower told me about the app, thinking that it was a one stop shop for hosting the shower. The app kept kicking people out, people kept freezing, some people could see everyone and others couldn’t. Maybe the best thing about the app is the photo gallery. Outside of that it is not worth using. We did not get a chance to play all the games because it kept freezing and kicking people out. We just made the best of it. The setup of an account and weather you can participate in the games if you don’t download the app is a bit much. What about the people that don’t have the capacity to download the app that want to play the games. Needless to say I was disappointed in the performance of the app and almost feel like it would have been better to just use zoom and build a slideshow. While it is a good concept the app needs some improvements. ### 1/5 — A software misfire *2023-06-25* Tried to order gifts for a baby shower. Did not allow me to record purchases on the baby registry so others would know. Tried the offered chat and email for assistance. Unavailable. Then when I tried to connect to the shower itself, would not let me. Could not attend the party. Same experience for another guest. One thing after another. A fantastic idea, but this app needs lots of work. For now it is like a road to nowhere. ### 1/5 — OH NO, wish I had read the reviews first *2023-05-13* We have family all over the country, we thought what a great way to get everyone to celebrate together with the local folks to our area. I was looking forward to the app working for everyone to participate at the same time. After downloading the app with my login email and password I have been using to create the website, it states an invalid error message. Total garbage.
