So if I can’t find desktop app to make this work then this app is useless and I’m out $4.99? Does anyone know where to find desktop program/app for this that works? I tried some downloads claiming to be this but they all want you to purchase their program and ask for registration #. There is no main Mobiola site so can’t even properly submit a support request. I tried 2x but won’t go through so now what? It doesn’t work and there is no support anywhere to be found. The developer page is lost and the App Store says it’s not eligible for a refund. Don’t do it don’t do it ### 1/5 — Is it a scam? *2023-03-15* I paid and downloaded the app, which asked me to download from their site the(free) desktop app. I did and the app on my phone would not find the one on my Mac. I tried to open the app on my Mac and it repeatedly crashed. Restarting did not help. Their site does not offer help, not even a FAQ. Google did not help either. Fortunately there is an Uninstall App which after a few error messages seemed to work. I was interested in turning them into IP cameras, but so far, nothing had worked. I didn’t expect this to, but I was pleasantly surprised. The resolution is low, but for the hardware that it is running on, it’s pretty good. If you run into problems setting it up on windows, go to settings -> windows firewall -> allow apps thought firewall and check all of the mobiola and bonjour service boxes. 10/10 excellent program. ### 5/5 — Unlike all the other crap ones it actually works *2019-01-14, version 2.10* Took 5 minutes to setup, works like a charm and hooks easily into applications. Only request would be to add a video control to up the quality of the transmitted stream which is a little low at the moment ### 5/5 — Best Webcam App on the Market *2017-06-09* I don't know what everyone's issue is with this app. This is literally the only app that allows use of your phone camera as a webcam in-browser via Adobe flash. I've found some similar apps that work in Skype but never via flash. Epoccam is trash, every IP cam I've tried is trash. This thing is hands down the best. I had it up and running in 5 minutes and that's only because it required restart. The quality is equal to 1080p cams, I see it, and the people I talk to see it. There's literally never even been a second of lag or a blimp in audio, its perfect. I'm shocked how low reviewed this app is because for me, it works amazingly well. I'm running it on an IPhone7s, and on a windows 7 partition in a Mac, direct LAN with 50mbps connection, nothing fancy, in fact quite dated. Apple/windows integration is usually spotty at best but again, this app came through. Also the program for the laptop is quick to install and does not give any error. Best money ever spent. I couldn't find a fault, which a reboot didn't sort out, and very rare as well! IMHO it works very well. Maybe not 100 percent, but damn close. User interface simple, installing simple, work it simple.... Shows up in every program I use as a webcam just like a normal webcam. Using USB connection - computer does not have wireless. Is that the issue with quality? Direct connection should be better, I would think.
