Talked to them last week about this issue and they got it fixed but it only last a few days and we’re back to square one. App is buggy sometimes you have to sync the profile two to three times to pull machines up within the profile. ### 1/5 — Too time consuming *2019-06-26* It shouldn’t take me over 30 minutes for Caching Machine & Equipment Data to finish, and it shouldn’t close out and make me restart. It has become too much of a hassle and the paper forms are still the best option. **Developer response:** Hi there - Could you please contact us at 800-237-1369 and we can look into this issue for you. The caching of your equipment data should only take between 1 and 30 seconds at most. Give our office a call if you can and we'll sort this out.
