I haven't received any answer for the 3 emails that I have sent them. The worker cancelled the already-accepted service 2 hours before the start of the work. Just 2 hours. And money is deducted from my account to the pocket of these people. This is text-book scamming. Avoid ### 1/5 — Bad Update *2026-01-14* This app used to be good. Now you can’t reach service people directly. You have to create an “opportunity”. I’ve spoken to several service people that used to use this app and they were unaware why customers were not able to reach them. So everyone has migrated to other apps. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for sharing this. We understand how frustrating it can feel when a feature you relied on changes. The new “opportunity” system was designed to help more professionals apply to each request, but we know some users preferred contacting providers directly. We appreciate your feedback and hope to make your experience better again. ### 1/5 — Been threatened to block my account *2025-09-23, version 2.85.4* This app is full of clown professionals, you get charged upfront and 30 min before the service people cancel with no consequences when you as a customer has paid upfront and waited for days. App also shows professionals are available when professionals are saying their accounts are restricted. Takes forever to get your money back and customer service is slow and ridiculous and threatens to block your account because the system falsely prompted you're trying to contact professionals out of the app. This app should be banned from App Store as it's a total waste of time and energy and hold your money and ruin your plans. ### 1/5 — Very bad app *2025-09-11, version 2.84.10* I hate these kind of opportunities and it’s totally waste of time and it’s nothing ### 1/5 — The app keeps spamming with notifications *2025-07-31, version 2.82.10* Everything in the app works fine but if you plan to keep sending promotional notifications you need to add an option for the user to disable them. I contacted support multiple times and still got no solution. Meanwhile, the app keeps taking bookings and letting clients believe everything is fine. I rely on this job to support myself and my family, and working without being paid is simply unacceptable. I’ve had to cancel upcoming bookings and notify my clients directly. This platform is unreliable and untrustworthy. I do NOT recommend it to anyone — whether you’re a cleaner or a client. We raised complain and Webel did not help and took cleaners side. Their cleaner also stole from our property.
