The web version you can read it and it stays as unread until you mark it down. Not the easiest to navigate. Too much info crammed into small areas. ### 1/5 — Poor Info *2014-10-29, version 1.3.0* So I've updated to the latest version and can no longer see the destination or the arrival time that vehicle is headed to. Complete waste of money and inaccurate! Doesn't even show up any driving incidents!! The principle is great, but I would have expected a lot more from a respected organisation like TomTom. All-in-all, a waste of £6.99 - until an update is in place to fix the bug(s). ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2011-09-25, version 1.0* The app is very very very basic and does only a tiny fraction of what the pc site does. It pretty much only tells you the current location of the vehicle. Not even if it's moving or not. No speed, nothing. Big improvements needed!!! ### 1/5 — Not for IPad *2011-09-05, version 1.0* Be aware this app is written for IPod and although it will work on IPad it is not specifically written to use the full screen. Disappointing that a company like TomTom are advertising as an iPad app ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst company ever cost me a 18k van and 10k worth of tools *2023-01-04, version 2.9.0* Tomtom webfleet - Worst company – ever - After being a customer for three vehicles for over six years, we had a vehicle stolen and instead of helping us track the vehicle they refused to allow us access onto the tracker as we had for some reason missed a few payments. Instead of giving us instant access so we could find the vehicle they asked us to send an email to the finance department who refused to help until the email had been processed. Some 24 hours later they turned the tracker back on by which time the tracker had been found and destroyed. If they had of acted reasonably then we would have been able to get the vehicle back. Don’t use them use a more reasonable company they where very unhelpful and where more bothered about a few invoices missed rather than helping recover a £ 18’000 van and £ 10’000 worth of tools all in all they have cost us £28’000. ### 1/5 — Bad app, even worst company *2021-10-05* Save yourself the time - the product is ok but is more expensive than alternatives. The app is not great - this works better on computer. Save your self the time. **Developer response:** Dear customer, first of all apologies for any inconvenice and thank you for your feedback. I deleted and installed it many times, switched the phone on- off many times, but nothing worked, always dark screen. We were promised the ability to see where our vehicles are at all times. We work off of iPhone when away from the office but the app doesn’t update on the phone. Vehicle trips doesn't show the route taken. Trips start and end in random places. Vehicles disappear. The app worked much better before. Keeps me intouch with things when away from the office. However I needn't have worried!! True, it doesn't have the same functionality of the pc site but I wouldn't expect it to. If I need to know where my vehicles are when I'm away from the office then i can find out very easily. I have used this on both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4 without any issues. The price is a bit on the high side but I am impressed with what it can do and have definitely found it useful! ### 3/5 — Mickey *2025-12-13, version 2.18.2* Not bad but there is room for improvement ### 3/5 — Missing Availabiliy Filter *2022-06-27, version 2.7.0* Since updating the app to 2.7 from 2.6.3, the Availability Filter option in the Vehicles tab is no longer there so the coloured Green or Grey dot next to the Vehicle icon is no longer there, which was used to easily indicate whether a driver is available (Active) when green, or unavailable (Inactive) when grey.
