Many times I cannot open it. Have deleted & re installed several times. Once opened this app gets stuck on a black screen with just the developer name and app version displayed on the very bottom and nothing else. Very disappointed. It’s just what we wanted and expected for our residents. It has reduced calls to the gatehouses by more than half. So easy to use. Straight to the point The app should allow the users to add and remove vehicles however I believe that’s something the HOA needs to approve resident access too. . Sometimes it does freeze but close the app and reopen and it should be good. I think a lot of the people that have this app that gave a one star do not know how to use apps to begin with.
